Such authentic Italian at la pizza la pasta! The atmosphere was so fun to shop around, eat dinner, and get gelato for desert! The food tasted so good and we got a deal on a bottle of wine. Waiter was attentive and helpful.

This venue is a Cornucopia of eating Italian food and shopping for all things Italian (meat, cheese, pasta, and wine wine wine! (And many more things)! Yes it’s a bit pricy, but to have all this in one place (two levels) it’s worth the experience. Service is great! VictorB

Wow! Eataly exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a delightful wine tasting, which set the perfect tone for the evening. The atmosphere was vibrant, and to top it off, the restaurant upstairs even had a DJ, adding an extra layer of energy to the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The menu was fantastic, but what initially drew me in was the cheese roll—watching the hot pasta melt into the cheese was a foodie’s dream come true! We also indulged in some delicious appetizers, including crispy calamari and perfectly fried mozzarella, both of which were absolutely mouthwatering. Of course, we couldn’t resist trying a few of their crafted beverages, and each one was expertly made and full of flavor. Everything about this experience was top-tier, from the food to the ambiance to the service. I cannot wait to come back the next time I’m in town! Highly recommend!

What a fantastic operation! I truly felt I was actually in Italy. The high quality of all the food, wine and grocery items was top tier! I had dinner at the counter 2 nights in a row so I could watch the chefs cook. Both meals were delicious! I must say I had the Tiramisu dessert the first night. I had weird feeling when my Tiramisu was presented with a clear plastic casing. But when the pastry chef unwrapped the dessert it had a melting molten effect that was incredible. I kicked myself for not videoing the presentation! And yes after a big meal I ate every bite of the Tiramisu! I just want to say that I highly recommend dining at and experiencing Eataly but you must go there and eat and savor the Tiramisu!! I going to New York in a few weeks and I can’t wait to check out the Eataly NYC location!

Other than the wonderful market with fine Italian products, the food stalls are mouth-watering. Chic bar area, and busy restaurant. We absolutely loved indulging in some scrumptious and well prepared Italian specialties, and the house made burrata was a beautiful experience.

Fabulous GLUTEN FREE pizza in downtown Chicago. They cannot guarantee it won’t be cross-contaminated because it’s not a gluten free kitchen, but I did not get sick. The waitress actually asked if there were any food allergies. They also have a number of pastas that are gluten free that I would love to have tried. Downstairs, they have a bakery with at least two gluten free dessert options. I had this delightful chocolate dessert. It was all very, very good!
